Dear DJ,
So, this is it. You finally made it. Today, you’ll put on a cap and gown and you will be...
I decided to attempt to make chocolate covered bacon. I also went for apple slices as a result of having too much chocolate. As of this moment I can say that it’s rather tasty, however, it is so horrible looking that I didn’t bother to take a photo. I didn’t have pork bacon available so I used turkey bacon. I cooked it up and set it on a plate. The plan went wrong when I started on the chocolate. I assembled my “double boiler” (one large saucepan with water, one smaller saucepan with chocolate set inside). The chocolate seized (perhaps I had the heat too high), so I spooned the chocolate onto the bacon. Messy beyond explanation, but very tasty.
